WHAT SIZES ARE THE SHIRTS, SWEATERS and HOODIES?
All clothing items are UNISEX unless mentioned otherwise. They are standard European sizes. Some sweaters and hoodies run slightly smaller, so order a size up if you prefer a comfy fit. This is always mentioned in the product info of each item.
 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All orders are processed immediately. The average delivery time is between 5-10 working days. 
 

I DIDN'T GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. WHAT NOW?

Unfortunately, we cannot prevent our emails from sometimes ending up in the spam box. Therefore, always check first whether the mail you are missing is there. If not, you can of course always contact us at info@brandmaerk.com.
 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we only ship to Belgium via the website but email us on info@brandmaerk.com if you live outside of Belgium and we'll make something happen.
 

I GOT THE WRONG ORDER. WHAT NOW?

Our apologies! Mistakes can happen. Please contact us on info@brandmaerk.com, mention your order number and we'll make sure you get the right order shipped out to you asap.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes. Purchased merch may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery. After contacting customer service about your return, you have 7 days to do so. Return item(s) may not be worn or washed. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
